Located at 746 Massachusetts in Lawrence, KS.  Come feast at Merchants.  Merchants is located in a historical bank in downtown Lawrence with walking thru the bank vault that is original to the building. 

It was Valentine's Day and we enjoyed the Halibut and Salmon along with Goat Cheese dip and Cherry-Cheesecake Dessert.  Did I mention musicians playing in the background?  A night made for romance at Merchant's in Lawrence, KS.

You'll find Ray's Diner (aka Ray's Lunch).  Its a small diner that's been in business (using the same cast iron griddle) since 1947.  You'll have to get there before 2pm as they close at that time on most days.  You'll find a variety of breakfast staples as well as lunch.  The burger was delicious!

Located in Overland Park, KS - check out Q39 for some elegant barbecue - yes I used the word elegant as the restaurant is more upscale than other barbecue joints in the area but you can still wear your ball cap!
